Times Refuses to Concede
It's now 3:34 P.M. John Kerry conceded the election a few hours ago, but the New York Times apparently won't give up. Their website reports that as of 3:32 P.M., Ohio remains undecided, with Bush leading Kerry 254-252 in the electoral vote. posted on 11/03/2004
